Frequently Asked Questions

Where can I contact you best about questions and concerns?

It is best to contact me via-email at Madewithmeraki111@gmail.com, OR through Instagram DM @Meraki.art111. Please allow 3-5 days for me to see your email/DM

Shipping and delivery

All packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS carrier. I will be sending an email to customers after the purchase that includes the order and tracking number.

Meraki Art does not hold responsibility for any damaged losses or stolen packages after the package has been dropped off at the USPS/UPS carrier.

My package came in damaged or I believe it’s missing

If this happens, please let me know via email—under, contact me on the website. Include your name with your order number and I will contact you ASAP. Damaged items can be replaced, but please note that replacements may be limited as the jewelry I currently sell is designed to be one of a kind, meaning I typically do not produce multiple units of the same design.

In the case of missing orders, there’s a possibility they have been returned to me. Regardless of the situation, we will work together to resolve it.

When will my order ship?

Please allow 4-10 days from your order date for your order to ship. As a small business just starting out, it will take a moment for me to have and get used to a whole shipping routine. Thank you for your support and patience!

Expected delivery

I’m currently only shipping in the U.S. Please allow 1-2 weeks for U.S orders to ship. If they don’t come within the time frame, you can reach out to me about your concerns VIA-email. Including your name and order number can be helpful.

You don’t ship to my country

Unfortunately, I’m only shipping within the U.S at the moment, mainly due to tax handling. It doesn’t mean that I won’t ever be open to shipping to other countries or internationally. If this happens I will eventually let you guys know on the website or on my Instagram account.

Do I accept returns?

As a small business owner who does everything by hand, I try and make sure every piece of mine is made to the best standard possible. Unfortunately, because of expenses and costs on my end, I do NOT accept returns due to no longer wanting an item. The only way I would accept returns is if there was a fault on my end, such as your piece breaking or the wrong item was sent. If you have any questions on this or would like to reach out to me to discuss your reason for wanting to return, just reach out VIA-email, and I'm happy to talk to you and decide what the best decision moving forward would be.

Will you be making multiple earrings of the same style?

I enjoy making each earring one of a kind, but if it happens that a certain design is loved, of course, I can replicate the same design. Do keep in mind that it will still be limited to keep a design special to each individual.

What are your pieces made out of?

I craft my wire jewelry using 2 different types of metals at the moment, including copper and sterling silver. Remember that this is subject to change, and I will always be transparent and update you all on any changes with the wire use.

My copper wire is from a brand called Mega Wire purchased in Ensenada, California that I’m currently testing out. It is a copper based 14k gold and silver plated wire.

My sterling silver wires are from Rio Grande. It is made of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper wire, as all .925 silver is made of. This is the highest quality metal I work with, which many people have little to no sensitivity to if they are someone who is sensitive to metals. This metal is also the most expensive type I work with, and will have a drastic price difference compared to the copper jewelry I sell.

More details about wire use will be on my journal page.
